The Carpinteria Valley Water District (CVWD) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide construction management and inspection services for the Carpinteria Advanced Purification Project, an initiative to build advanced water purification facilities and related infrastructure over approximately 36 months.
