You may pay your water bill at the Carpinteria Valley Water District office located at 1301 Santa Ynez Avenue, Carpinteria, CA 93013.

Pay By Phone

Call 1-866- 332-4836 to make a one time payment over the phone. A $1.75 convenience fee will apply.

Online Billing

First time users will need to create a username and password for their account. If your account is past due or scheduled for termination, please contact the District billing office to ensure prompt credit to your account and avoid any interruption of service. Special Needs

If you or a member of your household has a critical medical condition that requires uninterrupted water service, i.e. where it would be detrimental if the water is turned off, please contact us at 805-684-2816.
