Board of Directors
The Carpinteria Valley Water District Board of Directors is composed of five members elected in "by-division" elections. By-division elections require each candidate for membership on the board to be a resident of an electoral division of the District and is elected only by the registered voters residing in that division. Elections are held in the even numbered years.
