Due to continued COVID-19 concerns, the District office will remain closed to the public for the months of February and March. District staff is available by phone at 805-684-2816, M-F from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for questions regarding your bill, water usage, conservation, etc.  Visit the District’s Payment Option page for the different ways available to pay your bill.  For after-hour water emergencies, call 805-684-2816.
